Aaron Bradford is a Senior Associate at Peak Services Legal who obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland in 2015 and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2016.
Aaron’s experience as a lawyer and pre-admission covers industrial relations, employment, safety and insurance working with both private and public sector clients at mid-large commercial law firms, McInnes Wilson, Clayton Utz and Thomson Geer.
Aaron is an experienced industrial relations practitioner with expertise in industrial, employment and safety law. Aaron advises clients on a range of industrial and employment law matters including unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination and harassment, workplace health and safety policy and prosecutions, workers’ compensation, restraint of trade, enterprise bargaining, industrial action and disputes. Aaron’s experience spans both the public and private sector and he has worked as an Associate in legal practice.

resulting in the overturning of an interim reinstatement order in an adverse action claim
