About Monica

Monica Drivas is a Senior Associate and Senior Workforce Advisor in the Peak Services Legal and Workforce Services Team who holds a Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Monica was admitted as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011 and the High Court of Australia in 2013.

Monica’s experience as a lawyer covers Industrial Relations, Employment, and Workplace Health and Safety gained in both private practice and employer associations. Her extensive expertise enables her to assist clients with all matters arising from employment relationships including performance management, discipline, termination of employment, unfair dismissals, general protection claims, unlawful discrimination, bullying, employment contracts, contractor agreements, performance management and enterprise agreements.
