Master presenter Gerald Pauschmann presents his 2-hour safety workshop on how to manage robbery related risks. This session provides local government library staff, waste services, front counter/reception staff and art gallery and information/community centre staff with tips on how best to manage robbery related risks and manage their own health, safety and well-being and that of others around them

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will have an increased understanding of how to protect themselves and others in the event of an armed robbery incident.

Duration & location | |
Our standard structure for this course is 2-hours. Council may opt to have 3 x 2 hour sessions delivered within the one day, covering up to 60 staff. Our program can be delivered in any metropolitan or regional area throughout the country |
