Key Experience

Following a career in the Travel industry with one of the major agencies in Australia, Julie started with Peak Services in 2019 to successfully coordinate recruitment.  

  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations and interim placement program. 
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organisation plans and objectives and meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs. 
  • Builds client portfolio by researching and contacting clients through media, and internet sites; providing organisation information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport. 
  •  Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and organisational goals. 
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, conducting candidate search, and using newsgroups and job sites. 
  • Determines candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. 
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours. 
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
