Whitney has 10 years’ experience working with medium to large businesses, supporting blue- and white-collar businesses as well as mid to executive level stakeholders in Human Resources and Industrial Relations processes.
Whitney comes to us with extensive experience in end to end enterprise bargaining negotiations as well as the provision of high-quality HR/IR advice.
Whitney started her HR/IR journey at Energex whilst undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Employment Relations.
Whitney has spent several years working in medium to large businesses co-ordinating HR governance processes, negotiation of enterprise agreements, and submissions to the Fair Work Commission in several industries. These include; Electricity, Building, Higher Education, Cleaning, Hospitality, Security, Health and Aeromedical industries.
Whilst with the Master Builders Association of Queensland Whitney provided complex advise to members regarding employment obligations, disciplinary processes, wage calculations and enterprise bargaining.
Whitney commenced at Peak Services following 18 months of enterprise negotiations at the Queensland University of Technology and the Royal Flying Doctors Service (Queensland Section), taking numerous enterprise agreements through to certification.
