Mike Waterland heads up Peak Services Performance & Strategy Team and is a senior member of Peak’s Management Team. Mike was instrumental in delivering the business transformation project that underpins the new integrated shared services customer contact centre in Mackay. As Director of Performance and Strategy Mike has had a key role in refining our product and services and heads up our internal capability covering Bids, PMO, Shared Services and IT.
Mike’s extensive experience as a change leader, combined with his pragmatic, common sense approach, allows him to revolutionise the way our partners’ services are delivered. He expertly drives business improvement through translating strategic intent into a program of work that can quickly identify, quantify and justify improvement opportunities. Mike leads change for our clients by embedding effective business methodologies to design innovative solutions, transforming their services, and deliver new operating models.
Before joining Peak, Mike worked across several large scale public sector programs in the United Kingdom (UK) delivering shared services within and between Councils, outsourced services, as well as significant improvements to in-house capability and service quality
