About Troy
Troy has expertise in and has successfully defended a number of Unfair Dismissal Claims before the Fair Work Commission and the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission. Troy has also represented clients in a range of Discrimination and Breach of General Protections Claims in various jurisdictions, including the Fair Work Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Federal Court of Australia and represented corporations and a number of Senior Executives in Breach of Contract proceedings in both the Supreme and District Court of Queensland.
