Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in the Human Resource (HR) field, specifically Industrial Relations (IR), in both state and federal jurisdictions. Practising within a range of industries, in both the government and private sectors, Natalie has worked with mid to executive level stakeholders, including delivery of Board and Executive Steering Committee presentations and chairing of high-level consultative committees. Natalie has over 2.5 years' experience working in the Queensland Local Government sector.
