About Natalie

Natalie has over 18 years’ experience in the Human Resource (HR) field, specifically Employment Relations (ER), in both state and federal jurisdictions. Practising within a range of industries, in both the government and private sectors, Natalie has worked with mid to executive level stakeholders, including delivery of Board and Executive Steering Committee presentations and chairing of high-level consultative committees. Natalie has approximately 6 years' experience working in the Queensland Local Government sector.

Key Experience

Experience negotiating enterprise agreements/certified agreements

Assisted over 25 Council’s in successful renegotiation of their certified agreements, including representation at the QIRC
Management of complex enterprise bargaining projects in both Government and Private sectors.

Working with organisations to ensure their employment relations policies and practices are compliant with legislation and best practice

Delivery of training to all levels of the business, review and development of policies and procedures, workplace/payroll audits

Advocacy in Industrial Tribunals, including the QIRC and FWA

Providing end to end assistance to organisations in defending or making applications at the QIRC and FWA, including Reinstatement, Dispute, Enterprise Bargaining and Unpaid Wages Applications.
Preparation of submissions and appropriate briefings for arbitration/hearing.
