Location

Peak’s head office is conveniently located outside the hustle and bustle of Brisbane CBDin the beautiful riverside suburb of Newstead. Our modern and recently refurbished offices provide a coffee machine and even a ping pong table!

Travel

Depending on your role, you may have the opportunity to visit some of the most extraordinary places in Queensland. Flight lounge access is provided for roles that are expected to travel regularly. 

Social events

Additional superannuation contributions

For employees who make an additional 6% superannuation contribution, Peak will make a further 3% superannuation contribution on top of the standard payments.

Paraplegic Benefit Fund

The Paraplegic Benefit Fund (PBF) provides support programs, lifestyle education and employment opportunities to those affected by spinal cord injury. Peak's membership protects you as an employee and your family. 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We offer an Employee Assistance Program that you or your immediate family can access to confidentially to discuss any work or personal issues that are an inevitable part of life. As a Peak employee, you are entitled to up to six one-hour sessions per year and the same for each of your family members. 

LG Health Plan

If you buy private health insurance with the LG Health Plan through HCF, we will pay your excess (up to $500) if you (or an eligible family member) are admitted to hospital. This reduces your premium and saves you money.
