About Paul
Paul has been with Peak Services since 2014. He brings over 25 years’ experience consulting to private and public-sector organisations.
Paul has significant breadth in his experience, including all stages of the project life cycle from inception, business case development, procurement, delivery and operations.
His experience includes the delivery of asset management practices, policies, strategies and plans and supporting councils to develop strong governance and realise ongoing organisational performance improvement. Paul also has extensive experience delivering complex capital works projects and state-wide infrastructure programs.
Paul has also delivered significant business cases and undertaken planning for major social infrastructure projects and staged developments. This has included management of significant stakeholder inputs, whole of life modelling and consideration of commercial viability.
