“Change before you have to.” Jack Welch

Participants will learn how we typically deal with large change and uncertainty. This includes denial, resistance, exploration and commitment. While denial andresistance are typical, naturalreactions to big change, they arecounter-productive if we stay stuck there.

The participants will also learn how they are personally dealing with major change/uncertainty and provide strategies to make the most of any opportunities that change presents to them.
