Peter is a Procurement and Supply Chain Management professional with 25 years demonstrated global experience in strategic sourcing, international procurement, negotiation, logistics, contract management and supplier relationship development.  

He has actively sourced and managed the supply of a broad spectrum of commodities and services, maximising practical solutions and strategic outcomes for clients.  

His professional approach to supply chain management and employment of best commercial practices, has consistently resulted in improved efficiencies, reductions in total costs and an increase in operational performance.

  • Plan procurement activities from inception to contract award (and contract management if required).
  • Draft market invitation documents and/or provide quality assurance prior to testing the market.
  • Lead from inception to contract execution, full procurement activities.
  • Lead and participate on tender evaluation teams.
  • Provide probity guidance to project procurement teams.
  • Deliver value for money outcomes for Project Managers e.g. negotiated savings, priority project timeframes and quality assurance outcomes.
