About Jodie

Jodie has over 15 years’ experience in the Human Resource (HR) field with specific experience in Employment Relations (ER) in both state and federal jurisdictions.  Jodie has an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and previously held the position as People & Capability Manager at Isaac Regional Council where she spent over 5 years partnering with Council, Employees and Unions. Prior to this Jodie spent majority of her career in the resources sector.

Jodie has extensive experience in all facets of human resources including disciplinary processes, investigations, organisational change, Award and Legislation interpretation, workforce planning, enterprise bargaining and policy and procedure development. 

Jodie has recently joined the Peak Services Workforce Team where she will be assisting to provide professional advice and partnering with Councils to achieve positive outcomes with a key focus on business improvement.
