Our Nationally Recognised BSB50820 Diploma Project Management, (supersedes BSB51415) is a mid-level qualification aimed at individuals seeking to develop and enhance their project management skills and knowledge. Peak’s program is customised to reflect the local government sector and delivered by Project Management Senior Trainer, Tony Holmes.

This nationally recognised qualification is suited to those in council currently coordinating or managing projects. It will assist participants to increase their knowledge and skills in the scoping of projects, managing project timelines and quality as well as costs; identifying and managing project human resources and identifying risk.  Attendees will gain skills in undertaking project procurement, stakeholder engagement, governance within projects and project integration.
