Who should Attend?
This course is suited to staff in a supervisory, team leader or foreman role. It will enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in managing teams, improving their understanding of leading teams as well as give them further knowledge of the expectations and responsibilities of their current roles.
Participants will gain more confidence in their leading style and roles as well as improved skills and knowledge in understanding and leading their teams. This workshop will also help participants define direction, better communicate, motive, inspire and empower their teams towards achieving organisational success.

|Our standard structure for this workshop is 2 days, but can be customised to increase or decrease its duration. We recommend the course content is tailored to suit your councils’ requirements. It can be delivered in any metropolitan or regional area of Queensland. Customisation is available based on individual council requirements.|
