About Pat

Pat is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), with more than 30 years of waste management experience including construction management, project management, staff and contract management. In his previous position as Manager of Waste Services at Moreton Bay Regional Council, he maintained one of the lowest rating charges for waste services in South East Queensland while maintaining one of the highest recycling rates.

Pat’s skills include contract administration including managing various waste collection contracts, project management, landfill management, road and stormwater drainage, landfill cell construction, landfill final capping, waste transfer stations, leachate and stormwater management.
