Asset Management Planning - Longreach Regional Council

The scope of requirement for Longreach initially included the review and development of Council’s Asset Management Policy and the creation of an amalgamated subsidiary Asset Register. 

Peak were further engaged to develop a Total Asset Management Plan and a Land Asset Management Plan.  In addition, Peak developed asset plans for IT Management, Fleet and Plant Management and service plans for council’s community assets including; Child Care Centres, Arts and Culture, Commercial Services, Disaster Management, Libraries, Pools, Parks and Waste. 

As a result of the provision of outstanding services to Longreach Regional Council, Peak Services maintains an ongoing presence in Longreach, working closely with council to improve councils overall service delivery and management of assets
