Rona secured an initial assignment with council in April 2018 to deliver the recruitment of five technical roles and, sincecompletion of this initial contract, Rona has been engaged to recruit more than 30 positions on behalf of council in just two years.
Following the placement of a candidate, Peak routinely follows up with the client to obtain and assess feedback and gain a report of satisfaction in relation to the recruitment process and candidate placed via an email survey. Results and feedback are then collated and used as part of Peak's Quality Management System (QMS) to improve the quality of the recruitment methodology.
