Peak was engaged by Council to review asset management practices. Camden Council is one of the largest growing cities in NSW and has a significant asset management portfolio.
The project involved Asset Management Plans and Register development for operational delivery of council’s Transport, Buildings, Open Spaces and Storm Water asset categories. This service included uploading of key asset performance data into NAMS. PLUS 3 online reporting system.
